We provide solutions to OEMs and their supply chains for capturing vehicle damage at points of handover. Our mission is to add value for our customers by delivering market-leading Vehicle images and AI analytics.

We now have an exciting opportunity to join our growing and dynamic team based in our Exeter office as a data analyst, sitting within our AI team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of detailed analysis of data and imagery through our software. The role will work collaboratively across external and internal functions to identify and refine data requirements, plan and execute analysis and support the understanding of the results. You will be reporting to customers to strengthen the product value and maintain our strong position in the market so excellent communication skills are required.

They will be confident in communicating with people of all levels, both internal and external, both verbally and through written reports. Demonstrate an ability to clearly and concisely communicate the feasibility, time-lines, caveats, assumptions, quality elements, results and meanings of data analysis, with experience of presentations and embedding data into written reports, or other documentation, as well as being highly organised.

Duties/Expectations
  • Work with internal and external customers to comprehensively capture and document data and image analysis requirements.
  • Define appropriate methodologies and models to extract and analyse the data required, providing critical appraisal of potential data quality or anomalies that could the analysis of data.
  • Perform data analysis to meet agreed objectives, providing data reports and summarising results and meanings to customers in a clear, unambiguous and easy to digest manner.
  • Develop and maintain systems to track, report and build on data requests as they are submitted,
    working closely with the AI team to inform solution road-maps.
  • Support Product Innovation through proactively seeking and initiating innovative growth opportunities and supporting the evaluation of innovation concepts through data analysis and insights.
  • Improve customer’s perception of the value of our solutions and services through the timely delivery of data and reports to support case resolution.
Essential Experience
  • Experience of data analysis, modelling and interpretation in a business analysis or data analytics role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • Mathematically minded and experience of computing languages such as SQL, SQL Server, SSRS,
    SSIS, SSAS and Excel.

  • Experience of programming or statistical languages

  • Algorithms (Development)
