The company develops and delivers innovative vision and damage detection systems to a range of blue-chip corporate clients (including Toyota, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Daimler and Bentley). As the company embarks on an exciting growth phase the company plans to expand the team, further develop existing products, and explore opportunities for new ones.  

DeGould is looking for an outstanding Sales Administrator to help support the sales process from initial enquiry through to the receipt of a purchase order. Reporting to the CCO, the successful candidate will support the commercial team to build successful, long-term relationships with customers, ensure meticulous records are kept of all customer contacts and liaise with other departments to ensure outstanding customer service is delivered.

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate an ability to build long-term relationships with customers, work diligently across the sales process and support each function as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work across the sales process to identify and qualify leads, create opportunities and work through customer due diligence to secure orders. 
  • Contact customers to answer queries, schedule meetings and obtain information.
  • Maintain and further develop the company’s CRM system (Zoho) so it becomes the central repository for all customer contacts and information.
  • Take notes of key customer meetings and expedite actions.
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged and correctly assigned for follow-up within the company.
  • Assist with the preparation of scope of work documents (SOW) to capture customer requirements and provide information to relevant departments.
  • Provide the Finance and Operations team with accurate and timely sales information.
  • Compile sales reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Identify and build new processes to help scale the company.


  • Relevant qualification (e.g., degree, business/admin certification) or able to demonstrate equivalent skillset. 
  • Knowledge of developing and delivering B2B sales.  
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. 
  • A solid understanding of sales administration and CRM systems.
  • Strong in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, or similar. 
  • Able to demonstrate strong report writing and numerical analysis. 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
